Client: An investor who has purchased three apartments in the same building for a lease project.

 

Details: There are three apartments with the same typology, T0, which were intended to be prepared for renting with a capacity for four people. Per apartment, the same pieces were used but with different finishes. The idea was to create the same design, the same pieces, but creating different atmospheres with color. For the convenience of maintenance, anti-stain fabrics were used on the bed and sofa bed, on the tables and curtains and all surfaces for easy cleaning. Because the space was wanted to be bright and elegant, and having difficulty finding the north, without direct sunlight, the choice of colours and textures were the details that made all the difference.
