Client: An investor who purchased an apartment in a building under rehabilitation for a lease project. 

  

Details: We started by checking the quality of the work's finishes, at the request of the client who couldn't be in Portugal.

The rehabilitation was carried out with excellent quality, respecting the architecture of the time  adding all the comfort required by today's lifestyle.

When we received the house ready to decorate, we observed some details that would be decisive for some of the choices we made.

The neighboring buildings are very close and the color of their facades has a strong presence that is reflected inside the apartment as a landscape  that appears through the windows. These colors from neighboring buildings served as inspiration for our choice of colors and decorative elements.

As a challenge, we found a large air conditioning unit in the living room, which would limit the location of the furniture. We built a wooden panel, the same wood as the kitchen furniture, which hid the air conditioning unit, that panel allowed us to lean the sofa against it and still have a small shelf.
