We have a small apartment with a large outdoor space and were concerned with decorating our apartment in a way that would make it not feel so small.  Our property manager suggested hiring Traço Livre as a way to maximize rental potential and increase resale value should we ever want to sell.  We are so happy we made the decision to hire Ana.  She is truly gifted with design and color.  She just knows what will look good and work well, even in challenging spaces.  She reviewed different styles with us to get a feel for our preferences, asked us what our goals were, then after that we just trusted her with all the decisions and we have been more than pleased with the outcome.  It’s remarkable how she made our little one bedroom apartment feel and look spacious.  She was also able to beautifully furnish our outdoor area, using colors that I never would have chosen but ended up looking amazing. She is such a joy to work with in every way.  She is sensitive and worked with our preferences, but she also knew when to stress a certain design feature that she felt was critical.  She fosters a collaborative and supportive relationship, always watching out for our best interests.  We love that she has an eye for a classic but bold design, as we didn’t want anything too trendy that would go out of style.  The only problem is that after seeing her transformative work, we want to stay in our beautiful apartment ourselves and not rent it out!  We could not be happier.
